I’m an investigative journalist, whose work has been featured in Vanity Fair Magazine (Italy - premiere issue), numerous publications, and many international documentaries. Several years ago many close friends and family members began experiencing life threatening health issues that ranged from Lupus to cancer. As some followed conventional allopathic treatments and others sought more natural remedies, I began to explore the world of organic and natural products to assist in their recovery and to better my own health.

I discovered how chemical sensitivities react in illness. I learned what roles supplements play in supporting the physical body and the mind. Most importantly I found that food plays an enormous part in healing and maintaining health.

My interests in all things organic and natural led to hosting radio programs, including Cooking in the Lite, which broadcasts on ShirleyMacLaine.com, where I am CEO. These radio interviews with experts in the fields of naturopathic medicine and food have expanded my awareness to an even greater level and have brought wonderful reviews from both listeners and guests.

All things organic and natural is my passion.  It is a personal commitment to people, the planet and all things living on it.  As a daughter, grandmother, mother, and wife (who happens to be lucky enough to count her family as her best friends) I want the best for all of them so that they, too, may lead happy, healthy, productive lives on a thriving planet, full of magnificence.

That’s why MyNaturalLink.com is more than a website for me. It is a source of knowledge, awareness, information, and I believe that all Cynthia and I have planned for it will add joy, knowledge, and energy to everyone’s life.
